This month's featured artist is photographer Sarah Ronald.
I should really correct myself here - this month's featured artist is Sarah Ronald whose amazingly vivid photography is on display in the gift shop during July. Her work ranges from incredible nature-inspired macro images of insects on flowers through quirky observations of architectural paraphernalia to vivid colour captures in the world around us. I find that each image is a totally new take on what we see around us in daily life.Totally refreshing!
Sarah is much more than just a photographer; she also teaches youth art classes and runs her own creative business offering custom printing services. Her images can be printed traditionally or on to a range of alternative surfaces such as tiles, glass and ceramic (hint: you will have to visit the gift shop to learn how she does this!)
